The Honorable Natasha R. Moiseyev

In August 2026, Natasha R. Moiseyev joined the Tuolumne County Superior Court as Court Commissioner.

Commissioner Moiseyev earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her Juris Doctorate from the UC Davis School of Law. Prior to her judicial appointment, she spent 25 years in private practice specializing in:

• Business litigation & intellectual property contracts

• Environmental & real estate law

• Family law, probate, and elder advocacy

She later transitioned into public service, working as a Family Law Facilitator, Self-Help Attorney, and Small Claims Advisor. Most recently, she served as a Court Commissioner in Mariposa County before joining Tuolumne County's bench.
