The Honorable Natasha R. Moiseyev

In August of 2026, Commissioner Natasha R. Moiseyev was hired as the Tuolumne County Superior Court Commissioner.

Commissioner Moiseyev graduated from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. She received her Juris Doctorate from the UC Davis School of Law. She was in private practice for 25 years, with a focus on business litigation and environmental law, intellectual property contracts, real estate law, family law and probate. She also provided services as an elder advocate.

She subsequently entered public service as a Family Law Facilitator, Self-Help Attorney and Small Claims Advisor, and served as a Court Commissioner in Mariposa County, before joining Tuolumne County’s bench.
