Tentative Rulings

Please note that tentative rulings are available for Department 2 only.  They are available only for Civil Law and Motion matters.  This does not include Civil Harassment Petitions, and does not include any Family Law matters.

The tentative rulings are also available by telephone, at (209) 533-6633.  If you wish to appear for oral argument, you must so notify the court and opposing counsel by 4:00 p.m. one court day before the hearing, pursuant to CRC 3.1308.  The court telephone number is (209) 533-6555.

Absent oral argument, the tentative ruling will be adopted as final at the time set for hearing.
