Calendaring a Hearing
All calendared hearings must be scheduled in advance by contacting the Calendar Unit and speaking with a Calendar Clerk or Coordinator at (209) 533-5937.
Ex-Parte Hearings: To schedule an ex-parte hearing, you must submit an Application for Ex-Parte Hearing to the Calendar Unit. Forms may be submitted in person or via fax at (209) 533-6941.
Interpreters
If you require a sign language interpreter or a foreign language interpreter, please contact the Court at (209) 533-5937.
NOTE: We recommend that you contact the Court as soon as possible to ensure the availability of an interpreter for your hearing. |
